Job Description
IZ Global is looking for proactive and experienced German-speaking Virtual Assistants and Lead Generation Specialists to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will be essential in supporting our international client operations by generating high-quality leads and delivering exceptional virtual assistance.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc. or equivalent)
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written)
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant and/or in Lead Generation
- Strong communication, organizational, and research skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online research
- Preference for candidates who have studied or lived in Germany
