Job Description
Vantage Technologies is searching for a highly professional and experienced Customer Support Representative to oversee inbound and outbound calls for a UK-based medical project. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess a clear British accent, and exhibit outstanding communication and customer service skills.
Key responsibilities include managing calls with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction, and accurately documenting interactions. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree and have 1.5 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in UK-centric customer support. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM (PKT), with a monthly salary ranging from Rs40,00.00 to Rs50,00.00.
