Job Description
We are looking for a committed HR Officer to oversee the complete recruitment process, ensuring an efficient onboarding experience for new hires. Key responsibilities include conducting orientation sessions, maintaining precise employee records, and contributing to the formulation of HR policies.
Your role will also involve managing day-to-day HR administrative duties, fostering a positive work environment, handling in-house health insurance, and implementing travel policies to ensure cost-effective solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Hons) with a specialization in HR and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
