Job Description
TRB Complex is in search of an enthusiastic and experienced Operations Manager to lead daily activities at our esteemed wedding hall. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring top-notch customer service and operational efficiency within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and uphold service standards.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and logistical arrangements.
- Supervise event setups and manage teams effectively.
- Collaborate with clients for seamless event planning.
- Perform inspections to ensure compliance with facility standards.
