Job Description
NXT Labs is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to conduct market research aimed at identifying potential clients within the BPO and staffing industries across diverse regions. In this role, you will generate high-quality leads through various platforms, including LinkedIn, cold calling, and marketing automation tools.
Your responsibilities will include qualifying leads, managing a robust sales pipeline within CRM systems, and collaborating with our marketing team on effective lead generation strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years of B2B lead generation experience, and excellent communication skills.
