Job Description

Medheave Healthcare IT Services is looking for a dedicated Client Relationship Manager to cultivate strong partnerships and provide exceptional service. This position requires an effective communicator able to work on-site during evening shifts from 5 PM to 2 AM in Rawalpindi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their trust and satisfaction.
• Lead onboarding processes and facilitate smooth client transitions.
• Conduct regular client check-ins and feedback sessions.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA and CMS regulations.
