Job Description
At The-Hiring, we are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Assistant Manager – Executive Sales to join our dynamic sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, executing effective sales strategies, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate in the execution of sales plans, identify and cultivate new business opportunities, maintain strong client relationships, and monitor sales performance metrics.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (MBA preferred), 2–4 years of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
