Job Description
Aptitude Migration is looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Immigration Officer. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Australian immigration law and visa subclasses, with the ability to manage visa applications, advise clients, and ensure compliance with the Department of Home Affairs (DHA) regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance on Australian immigration matters.
- Oversee the entire visa application process from preparation to follow-up.
- Stay informed about updates in immigration law.
- Advise clients on suitable visa subclasses.
- Collaborate with legal professionals when necessary.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field, a minimum of 2 years of immigration experience, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail are required.
