Job Description
Digitech Outsourcing Solution is looking for dedicated Inbound Customer Service Providers to join our team! We cater to clients in the US, Canada, and Europe, operating around the clock. We are seeking candidates with relevant inbound customer service experience, ideally in US or UK campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries through email, live chat, and phone.
- Resolving complaints and managing daily tasks.
- Participating in training sessions and team meetings.
- Collaborating effectively with team members.
- Adjusting to flexible work schedules.
Compensation: Rs. 65,00 – Rs. 80,00, inclusive of performance bonuses, medical insurance, and paid time off.
