Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join our dynamic team in the fast-paced fast food industry. The ideal candidate will excel in managing kitchen and fast food purchases in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee procurement of groceries, perishables, packaging, and kitchen essentials.
- Maintain and nurture vendor relationships while negotiating favorable contracts.
- Implement effective cost-saving strategies.
- Ensure inventory alignment between SAP records and physical counts.
- Identify and source new vendors to enhance pricing and product quality.
Qualifications: A relevant degree, at least 3 years of procurement experience in the fast food sector, proficiency with SAP, and strong negotiation abilities are required. Salary range: $100k to $130k plus potential benefits.
