Job Description

Benchmark BPO is on the lookout for a skilled and detail-oriented Verification Officer to become a valued member of our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying customer information, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining data integrity, all while providing a professional customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in call center and ACA verification.
• Exceptional English communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• No fresh graduates; prior experience is essential.
• Willingness to work night shifts (6 PM – 4 AM).
