Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Shift Incharge to oversee our dynamic operations at PepsiCo. In this role, you will manage three warehouses, including our in-house facility, third-party cold storage, and an oil terminal. Key responsibilities include executing procurement processes, managing inventory effectively, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and optimizing material handling to minimize write-offs.
Ideal candidates will hold a degree in commerce and possess 3-5 years of leadership experience. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are crucial. Proficiency in computer applications and exceptional interpersonal skills are also required to thrive in this position.
