Job Description

Programmers Force is on the lookout for an experienced MongoDB Administrator to oversee the management, monitoring, and optimization of our MongoDB databases. In this crucial role, you will ensure exceptional performance, availability, and security of our database instances while actively contributing to scaling and disaster recovery efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain MongoDB databases.
• Monitor database performance and implement necessary changes.
• Execute robust backup and recovery strategies.
• Optimize database performance and manage migrations.
• Automate tasks and collaborate effectively with developers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with MongoDB.
• In-depth understanding of MongoDB architecture.
