The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, fostering positive employee relations, overseeing attendance, and driving performance management to cultivate an engaged and motivated workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process
- Maintain comprehensive employee records
- Address and resolve employee grievances
- Enhance employee performance and engagement initiatives

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience (preferably in BPO industry)
