Job Description
Digilaxy Ltd is seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team! In this pivotal role, you will provide vital IT technical support to facilitate seamless operations throughout the organization.
Your key responsibilities will include managing our IT infrastructure, monitoring network performance, and ensuring reliable internet connectivity. You will also be tasked with installing and configuring software for the Design Team, troubleshooting attendance machines and printers, and assisting with the onboarding of new users.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive monthly salary between Rs30,00.00 and Rs60,00.00.
