Job Description
Ortak Consultants (Pvt.) Limited is actively looking for a qualified Medical Billing Officer to join our team in Karachi. This role is part of the IT/Software Services sector and requires a dedicated professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Submit and monitor medical insurance claims.
- Process charge entries, payment postings, and patient billing.
- Address claim denials and rejections effectively.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and payer guidelines.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and insurance companies.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of medical billing experience preferred (offshore experience is a plus).
- Proficient in billing software (e.g., Kareo, AdvancedMD).
- Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Availability for night shifts is required.
