Job Description
VapeMall is seeking a results-oriented General Manager to oversee our branch operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales teams, monitoring sales goals, and ensuring operational efficiency across all locations. You will spearhead performance initiatives, manage inventory, and maintain high branch standards.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations, lead branch teams, set and monitor sales targets, ensure quality service, conduct branch evaluations, track inventory levels, analyze sales data, enhance customer experiences, coordinate marketing strategies, resolve operational issues, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, a minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, exceptional leadership and communication skills, an analytical mindset, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
