Job Description
Genetics Pharmaceuticals is in search of a proactive and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to enhance and lead our regional sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in FMCG and/or Fintech, demonstrating a successful track record in sales growth and leadership.
Key responsibilities include formulating regional strategies, mentoring sales teams, identifying distribution partners, and nurturing client relationships. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is required (MBA preferred), along with 5-8 years of relevant experience, including 2-3 years in a leadership capacity.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs200,00.00 – Rs250,00.00 per month | Work Location: On-site
