Job Description
AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is currently in search of a skilled candidate to fill the position of Assistant Manager Recruitment in our HR Department, based at our head office in DHA Phase 8, Karachi.
Position: Assistant Manager, HR
Qualifications: BBA or MBA
Experience: 3-5 years
Salary: Rs 70,00 – Rs 90,00 per month
Preferred Software: Paypeople
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete recruitment process, including onboarding and staffing needs.
- Draft and publish technical job descriptions.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ qualifications.
- Demonstrate considerable experience in technical recruitment.
- Exhibit the technical knowledge necessary to comprehend job requirements for technical positions.
