Job Description
Job Purpose: We are seeking a dedicated Accounting Supervisor to bolster our finance team. The ideal candidate will manage daily accounting operations, ensure precise financial reporting, maintain compliance with accounting standards, and provide support during audits, budgeting, and tax functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliation.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and facilitate the consolidation process.
- Collaborate with auditors to ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Manage annual budgeting and conduct periodic forecasting.
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior accounting staff.
Qualifications: Candidates should hold a CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or M.Com, along with 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel is required.
