Job Description
Mindwhiz, a rapidly growing software company located in DHA Phase 5, Lahore, Pakistan, is in search of a dedicated Technical Recruiter. Offering a competitive salary between 70,00 and 80,00 PKR, this position is integral to our recruitment process, where you will source and manage candidates for our software development and cybersecurity teams.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, managing interviews, and working closely with hiring managers to meet our staffing needs.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree, along with 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
