Job Description
Technics Garments is searching for a committed Operations Manager to enhance our operational efficiencies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies that align with our operational objectives, improving production and supply chain processes, and managing the entire production workflow from order inception to dispatch. Key responsibilities include driving continuous workflow improvements, collaborating with quality assurance teams, and setting clear goals and KPIs for the operations team.
This full-time role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs150,00.00 to Rs200,00.00. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience as an Operations Manager. This position requires in-person work, ideally based in Sialkot Gpo.
