Job Description
Fun City Pakistan is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated Customer Service Officer. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, warmly welcoming them and providing detailed information about our rides and games. Your commitment to safety and adherence to procedure will be essential in maintaining a secure environment for everyone.
Your key responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, promoting additional products, and ensuring cleanliness and safety in your assigned area. We require a minimum of one year of customer service experience. We offer flexible shift options, with morning hours from 10 AM to 6 PM and evening shifts from 3 PM to 11 PM or 4 PM to 12 AM.
