Job Description
Protech Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a meticulous Accounts Officer to become a key member of our finance team. The successful candidate will be entrusted with various responsibilities, including preparing account summaries, backing up PC data, maintaining bank guarantees schedules, and conducting bank reconciliations. Additional tasks will involve branch accounting, managing earnest money and pay orders, overseeing EOABI and PESSI deposits, and maintaining the cheque and invoice registers. The role will also encompass branch monitoring, ensuring the accurate closing of revolving funds with the Commercial Department, preparing payable and receivable reports, maintaining petty cash, and updating account reconciliations and manual registers.
