Job Description
US Mobile is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Product Experience Analyst in Islamabad. This position is perfect for someone who is committed to providing outstanding customer experiences and is enthusiastic about advancing the consumer wireless industry.
Responsibilities: Serve as a liaison between customers and various departments, implement a customer experience (CX) strategy, and analyze customer feedback to improve satisfaction.
