Job Description
Texitech is in search of a motivated Customer Support Representative to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will be tasked with:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely information.
- Efficiently resolving customer complaints and issues while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Documenting all customer interactions and escalating complex issues as needed.
- Keeping updated on product knowledge to offer effective support and guidance to our customers.
Qualifications: Inter/B.A./B.COM
Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a related field.
