Job Description
The Baron Pakistan is seeking a dedicated professional to take on a pivotal role in managing a comprehensive range of construction contracts. Candidates with a robust background in contract administration, cost control, and risk mitigation are encouraged to join our expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively allocate and manage work packages to ensure successful project delivery.
- Draft, review, and oversee tender and contract documents.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Support contract negotiations and facilitate dispute resolution.
- Conduct in-depth cost analyses while proposing value engineering solutions.
Compensation: Rs250,00.00 – Rs300,00.00 per month
