Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team in an on-site, full-time position at our Mars Junction office, located at City Hall, Intersection of Old Airport Road and Gulzar-e-Quaid, Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in the BPO industry, preferably in recruitment, and possess a Bachelor’s degree. Strong skills in managing the end-to-end recruitment process are essential, and applicants must reside in Rawalpindi. Male candidates are especially encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities include: sourcing and attracting candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and collaborating with department heads.
Salary: Rs. 55,00 – Rs. 70,00 per month.
