Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for a dedicated Quality Assurance Customer Service Assistant Manager to enhance our dynamic team at SIAR Digital. We are looking for an individual who is both motivated and detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and monitor customer service interactions to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Offer constructive feedback and coaching to elevate team performance.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and work collaboratively with management on solutions.
- Maintain thorough records and generate reports reflecting quality assessments.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance within customer service.
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Salary: Rs70,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month
