Job Description
Shan Marketing Services is on the lookout for a dedicated and amiable Office Boy to join our Administration department. This is a full-time role, reporting directly to the Senior HR/Admin Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors
- Ensure the cleanliness of the office, including workstations, meeting rooms, and the reception area
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing documents
- Coordinate basic maintenance and repair of office equipment
- Support administrative staff in their daily tasks
Qualifications: Minimum education: Matric / FA (Intermediate) Pass.
Compensation: Up to Rs28,00.00 per month.
Work Location: On-site.
