Job Description
Mablay Beauty (VINCÉ) is looking for a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives in the Lahore Region. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in the cosmetics industry, showcasing a history of successful sales growth in both Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Personal Care Products. Experience with both local and international cosmetic brands is essential.
Key responsibilities for this role include establishing sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, managing distributor relationships, and leading and motivating a dynamic sales team.
The ideal applicant will hold a Business Degree in Marketing or a related discipline, and have 3-5 years of relevant sales experience within the cosmetics sector.
