Job Description
Trucking Pro is looking for a dedicated and skilled Call Center Agent to become part of our dynamic team. This full-time role involves night shifts from 11:00 PM to 5:30 AM, with weekends off. The compensation includes a salary of Rs35,00 along with a commission on sales.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in international sales campaigns.
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- Experience in mobility sales, billing, or call center operations is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers regarding mobile sales.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries.
- Provide product education to customers.
