Job Description

Active Solutions is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and source suitable candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessments.
• Act as a primary contact for employee inquiries and grievances.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR; 1.5–3 years of HR experience. Shift: Afternoon (12 PM – 9 PM). Location: Gulistan e Jauhar, Block 14. Salary: Rs 50,00.00 – Rs 80,00.00/month.
